Pentax came with a financially creative customer first attitude and they got our business-to the tune of well over a half million dollars! I have never experienced anything other than superior customer service/support and product quality from Pentax. In the process of trialing different products our Olympus rep opted to participate in a half hearted manner, assuming that we would never find the capital to switch.
